ue to the growing number of new biological threats, including those in the food industry (production, storage, and transportation), there is a need to develop and implement effective solutions to this problem. Based on this, the article discusses some of the most important theoretical aspects of the modern paradigm of microbiological safety in food production, including innovative technologies for monitoring the gut microbiome, integrating scientific research into the practice of biosecurity, and improving the regulatory framework and strategies for managing bioresources. The article also analyzes innovative technologies for monitoring the gut microbiome. The importance of integrating hygienic standards, innovative methods, scientific research, and risk management strategies into the practice of biosecurity has been emphasized. Recommendations have been developed to improve the regulatory framework and develop strategies for managing microbiological risks in the face of emerging biohazards, a complex microbiological landscape, and the emergence of emerging pathogens, in order to ensure the control and safety of food products at all stages in order to protect public health. As a result, based on the analysis of technologies for monitoring the gut microbiome and the results of scientific research, recommendations have been formulated to improve the regulatory framework and develop strategies for managing microbiological risks, aimed at improving the quality and safety of food products and protecting consumer health.
